This location does not offer red/blue/purple light therapy as do other Aspens; its the only thing that’s helped my severe tooth/gum-line sensitivity in past. Please consider adding!
Great experience! I registered as a new patient after having multiple scheduling issues with my other dentist office. Was able to get a new patient check up and xray appointment within 1 week near the holidays. Was called a few days before asking for my insurance information to verify my coverage. The actual appointment was very smooth. Minimal paperwork and waiting. They had very comprehensive Xray with 360 and individual teeth. The Dentist was very nice and knowledgeable. I have excellent dental health and get a cleaning every 6 month so there wasn't much for him to do or consult me on. The dental hygienist took my gum measurement and cleared me for a basic cleaning. I had to wait a little bit for the next cleaning availability but was only about a 10 minute wait. I had to prepay for the cleaning and had a copay but was explained up front. I got my cleaning and polishing and was on my way. All and all took about 1 hour. Plenty of openings for my 6 month follow up. Highly recommend if you are looking to get a new dental practice in middletown and have a tight schedule.
I went in because of a loose crown and Dr. Mohammed was able to give me a solution by pulling it off and reposting the tooth to give the crown a good anchor so it will stay attached much better. Not only is he a good knowledgeable dentist but also has a very likeable personality that can go a long way when you're having your teeth being worked on. If I have any other dental needs in the future I will definitely asked to be seen by Dr. Mohammed. 👌
I am a former patient, and this place is a nightmare. Snotty front office staff, major hassles and constant delays in trying to schedule x-rays and needed work, and a complete lack of concern when emergencies occur led me to, finally, switch to another dental practice. I spent seven thousand dollars this past year getting dental work that was either neglected or poorly done at Aspen Dental corrected. Do yourself a favor; don't be fooled by the initial "reasonable" prices at Aspen Dental. Spend a little more and go to a reputable practice...your smile will thank you!

The X-Ray examination was painful. When I explained to the examiner I am in pain, it was ignored and said, the doctor will not be able to see me if this was not done. She ignored the device was piercing my lower gums and caused scaring and pain. I have to take advil to ease the pain. This was not a pleasant experience.
